A great way to harmonize with nature is to meditate on a leaf. Gaze gently at a leaf and consider the different stages a leaf goes through. From the first delicate buds of spring to the brilliance of fall and finally floating gently to the ground. Note how it reflects the many stages we pass through in our own lives.
Focus on the color, texture and of the patterns the shape and veins produce.
Feel the energy of nature resound through your hands and throughout your body.
